Hope for Little Lives, a non-governmental organisation, has conducted surgeries for 52 children in the Nkoranza Municipality of the Bono East Region. The founder of the organisation, Dr. Maame Tekyiwa Botchway, led a team of specialists who operated on the children free of charge. The hospital's acting medical superintendent praised the initiative. We also donated 500 textbooks and storybooks to improve teaching and learning in the various schools in the municipality. HOPE for little lives having identified a pressing need for access to health care in a deprived community, cut the sod for the construction of a CHPS compound. The Chief of the area praised the initiative and said it would revolutionise healthcare access. Dr. Botchway thanked all partners for their support, including  KGL Foundation, Star Assurance, pharmaceutical, media, corporate, and individual partners.
